Job summary

Endeavor Global is seeking a detail-oriented intern to support the Finance team in analyzing, documenting, and improving financial processes, with a focus on AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to budgeting, expense management, planning, and reconciliations at our global HQ.

This 10-week program places you in New York City’s HQ for three days a week, with pay at New York State minimum wage ($17/hr) for up to 40 hours per week, and

Qualifications

• Student status: undergraduate rising junior, rising senior, or graduate.
• Strong academic background in Business, Finance and/or Accounting.
• Familiarity with automation tools.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. for 2027 year.
• Attention to detail and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document financial workflows to identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance to test and deploy solutions that reduce manual effort.
• Support ad-hoc finance projects as needed.
