Responsibilities

• Support daily cash application activities by researching and applying customer payments.
• Assist collections by monitoring accounts and resolving discrepancies.
• Research unapplied cash, short payments, deductions and account exceptions.
• Support AI-enabled collections agents and routing of customer interactions.
• Analyze accounts receivable trends to improve cash flow and efficiency.
• Collaborate with customers, sales and finance to resolve billing issues and support process improvements.
