• Ability to build/interpret financial reports and manage large datasets.
• Experience with Workday and Adaptive is preferred.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage teams.

Aufgaben

• Oversee annual budget activities and forecasting for units with $70M+ expense budgets.
• Monitor actual performance vs budget and year-end close activities.
• Review and oversee HCM transactions as Finance Partner under SMB guidance.
• Plan and monitor restricted funds and research expenditures as directed by CFO.
• Collaborate with procurement and accounting regularly.
