Job summary

PPL Corporation is seeking an Analyst for the Facility Services department to conduct financial analysis, prepare business cases, and support budgeting and reporting. The role involves working with multiple stakeholders to drive cost efficiency and capital project evaluation.

The analyst will prepare investment proposals, analyze contracts, and assist in developing annual plans and forecasts. Candidates should have a strong Excel skillset and experience with asset accounting software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience supporting multiple business lines to meet operational and end-user needs.
• Demonstrated experience with asset accounting and financial management software (PowerPlan, Oracle) is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, compilation, maintenance, analysis and reporting of performance related data for the Facility Services department.
• Completes monthly invoice processing to ensure timely payment to partners.
• Drafts investment/contract proposals and business cases per Capital & Investment Policy.
• Conducts financial and business research and analysis of proposed capital projects, including review of contracts and large purchase orders.
