• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with multiple systems and data sources.
• Ability to translate operational activity into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and accounting concepts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain a data matrix across billing, AR, cash, and procurement.
• Establish KPI and reporting framework with leadership updates.
• Identify, size, and prioritize process improvements and pipeline.
• Lead cross-functional projects from intake to delivery.
• Perform root-cause analysis on recurring issues and recommend changes.
• Ensure alignment with operational standards, controls, and audits.
• Support standardized procedures and clear guidance for exceptions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to improve end-to-end performance.
• Contribute data-driven insights and trend analysis for strategy.
• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests.
