Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Financial Management Trainee to develop a working knowledge of financial management within the electrical distribution business. You will learn through hands-on experiences and interact with local financial and branch management teams.

The program exposes trainees to all areas of the business and offers specialized training, providing a comprehensive overview of the industry and company operations.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Management or related field.
• Experience in distribution industry preferred.
• Knowledge of finance, commercial law, and business administration preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Gain a working knowledge of all responsibilities and duties across the business.
• Evaluate and analyse prospective customers.
• Assist in management of customer accounts and collection efforts.
• Complete assigned training and development activities in a timely manner.
• Provide feedback to manager on ways to improve training.
