Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an experienced FBS Manager to lead a team of associates and drive day-to-day financial service operations. The role focuses on delivering reliable service across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, or record-to-report towers while aligning with enterprise controls and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include coaching, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to enable scalable solutions and automation where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 5+ years of work experience in a relevant field.
• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Experience with RPA, ML, AI and Blockchain is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal customers and cross-functional teams to identify needs and solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of FBS processes and maintain internal controls.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure SLAs and month/year-end processes are met.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to direct reports; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage transformational projects from planning to execution and post-action review.
