Qualifications

• Associate's degree plus 3 years in accounting or finance or Bachelor's degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience preparing financial reports and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reside in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Finance unit and supervise staff.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities.
• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, variances, and corrective actions.
• Develop and coach assigned team members for accountability.
