Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or closely related field is required.
• CPA or CMA designation is preferred for senior level accountability.
• Minimum five years of progressive accounting experience in a mid-sized firm.
• Experience with automation to improve workflows and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure efficient performance across locations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, payroll, billing, collections, and reporting.
• Partner with executives on strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Streamline workflows with scalable processes and technology.
• Direct human resources functions including recruitment and benefits.
• Manage technology, vendors, facilities, and business continuity.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Travel occasionally to Bradenton and Tampa as needed.
