Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Finance Operations Manager (Assistant Controller) at the Jacksonville, FL corporate office. You will report to the Regional Controller and serve as a financial steward for business development, account management, and profitability through contracts, pricing, and compliance.

Responsibilities include analyzing profitability, managing compensation plans, educating sales on procedures, mitigating risk, and delivering regular leadership reports via Oracle, BI, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze account, office and regional profitability through P&Ls and pricing models driving gross profit.
• Manage producer compensation plans including commissions, bonuses and company stock.
• Collaborating and educating our sales teams on administrative requirements and internal processes.
• Mitigating risk and exposure through contract review and adherence to employment law and contractual requirements.
• Execute reporting to leadership using Oracle, BI and Tableau platforms.
