JSI is a global health organization seeking a Finance & Operations Manager to oversee financial management, operational systems, and donor compliance across projects in the United States. This full-time role supports budgeting, LOE, sub-award management, banking setup, and policy development to ensure programs run efficiently and in line with institutional standards.

The position reports to senior management within the Central Services Division and may supervise staff.

Position Overview

As part of the Central Services Division’s Program Finance & Operations (PF&O) team, the Finance & Operations Manager (FOM) supports financial management, operational systems, and award compliance across an assigned project portfolio. The FOM is responsible for ensuring that project systems, policies, procedures, and documentation align with institutional standards and diverse donor requirements. This role balances direct project implementation support with division-wide strategic initiatives, staff training, and proposal budgeting for business development. The position collaborates closely with project and program support teams and other Central Services.

This full-time position reports to an Associate/Director, or Senior Manager, Finance & Operations within a Division and may supervise staff, as assigned. This position can be located in the U.S. where JSI is registered.

Responsibilities
