Job summary

Henry Ford Health seeks a finance professional to manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense management for the division. You will serve as the financial quarterback ensuring numbers align with strategic goals.

Responsibilities include financial reporting, cost analysis, accounts payable and purchasing; lead a team, coordinate with physicians and CPA firms, and ensure GAAP compliance across Henry Ford Health System policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively more responsible experience in finance or accounting.
• Two (2) years of CPA firm experience.
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• CPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Master budgeting, forecasting, and expense management for the division.
• Develop financial analysis and business plans for strategic initiatives.
• Oversee financial reporting, cost reports, accounts payable, and purchasing.
• Lead the team and cultivate a collaborative environment.
• Communicate financial insights with physicians and CPA firms.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and Henry Ford Health System policies.
