Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in finance or accounting.
• CPA certification or CPA firm experience preferred.
• Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Ability to communicate with third parties and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense management for the division.
• Develop financial analyses and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
• Oversee financial reporting, cost reports, accounts payable, and purchasing.
• Lead assigned duties and mentor team members.
• Communicate financial insights to physicians, CPA firms, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and adherence to Henry Ford Health System policies.
