Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Entering junior or senior year of undergraduate studies (preferred).
  • Coursework in GAAP, accounting principles, financial reporting, or related subjects (preferred).
  • Previous internship, co-op, project, leadership, or work experience in a professional environment (preferred).
  • Interest in financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and business operations (preferred).
  • Experience using data analysis tools, dashboards, or reporting platforms (preferred).
  • Strategic mindset with a continuous improvement approach (preferred).
  • Demonstrated leadership through academic, volunteer, extracurricular, or community activities (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy (preferred).
  • Ability to identify innovative solutions and recommend process improvements (preferred).
