Role and Responsibilities

Aday is looking for an individual to help lead various finance and operational workstreams. Within this internship, you will play a key role in building a thorough and accurate cost tracking system, SKU-level forecasting projections, work on the implementation of a financial reporting software and miscellaneous other projects. You will have the opportunity to quarterback parts of the projects and play a pivotal role in creating processes that will be used by the Aday team for years to come.

Qualifications and Characteristics

The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset, with some previous internship or work experience in a quantitative role. Your attention to detail is unparalleled and you are quick to notice discrepancies or anomalies. You don’t need to know all the answers, but you should be open-minded, adaptable and willing to learn. We are open to different experience levels and seniorities as long as the candidate has excellent analytical skills, strong experience with Excel and is excited to be a part of a mission-driven team creating a better wardrobe. Moreover, we admire individuals who are not afraid to take initiative or speak up when they have ideas.
