Etched.ai, Inc. is seeking a Finance Operations Generalist in San Jose to help scale the finance function as the company grows. You will partner with the Finance Operations Lead to build systems, processes, and capabilities across budgeting, reporting, and controls.

You'll own finance tooling, support monthly reviews, and drive cross-functional initiatives with engineering, operations, and GTM teams. This role emphasizes ownership, documentation, and scalable finance solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in finance, business operations, strategic finance, consulting, or another highly analytical operating role.
• Strong ownership in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with changing priorities.
• Track record of building new processes and systems from scratch.
• Exceptional organizational skills with multiple parallel workstreams.
• Strong analytical skills and spreadsheet proficiency with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written communication with focus on documentation and process design.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale finance capabilities including budgeting, analytics, inventory processes, reporting, and tooling.
• Design and document finance processes, controls, and policies across procurement, inventory, forecasting, and order-to-cash.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Finance, Engineering, Operations, People, Legal, Talent, and GTM.
• Own finance systems and automation, including NetSuite integrations and Ramp workflows.
• Support monthly business reviews, vendor reconciliations, and financial reporting.
