First Baptist Church at The Villages (FBCATV) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Finance & Operations Coordinator to steward the church's financial administration and provide administrative and operational support to its ministries. This position is responsible for the church's day-to-day bookkeeping and financial processes while also supporting payroll, benefits, insurance, vendors, organizational projects, and other business operations.
We're looking for a servant-hearted professional who enjoys working with numbers, is highly organized, values accuracy, communicates well with people, and sees administration as an important ministry. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing financial records, processing contributions, reconciling accounts, assisting staff members, coordinating vendors, and helping organizational projects move forward. This individual should be proactive, dependable, and committed to continuous improvement.
Above all, this person understands that excellent administration supports effective ministry and advances the mission of the church.

This is an on-site position and is not eligible for remote or work-from-home arrangements. Occasional work outside normal office hours may be required for church meetings or special events.

This position is primarily performed in a general office environment and requires the ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods; regularly use standard office equipment; and occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift or carry office materials weighing up to approximately 25 pounds.
