Job summary

Rippling, Inc. is seeking a hands-on finance and operations professional in San Francisco to work directly with the SVP of Operations and Finance on go-to-market finance, purchasing, and investor data rooms.

You will build financial models, manage end‑to‑end payables, coordinate with accounting firms, and support budgeting and fundraising efforts. This role demands precision, speed, and clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in finance, business operations, or startup roles.
• Proficient with Bill.com, QuickBooks, or NetSuite is a plus.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and clear written communication.
• Able to present to customers, partners, investors, and executives.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and able to move fast in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage payables end-to-end, Bill.com, and month-end close.
• Issue and track purchase orders; maintain open-PO reporting.
• Vendor onboarding and administrative paperwork.
• Develop financial models, annual budget, and budget-to-actual reporting.
• Support fundraising data rooms, investor materials, and due diligence.
• Assist with audits, cap table, and external counsel agreements.
• Prepare customer ROI models, pricing proposals, LOI support.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel for deals.
