Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, operations finance or related analytics.
- Experience with Power BI and Power Query building reports from ERP data.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, own and improve Power BI dashboards and automated reporting from ERP and other sources.
- Identify inefficient finance and operations processes and automate them.
- Support analytics projects from requirements to implementation across sites.
- Collaborate with ERP Analysts to ensure data accuracy in reporting.
- Improve data integrity by identifying discrepancies and root causes.
- Develop reports for manufacturing spend, inventory, costing, variances and profitability.
- Provide visibility into inventory and working capital with site teams.
