Job summary

PHI Aviation is seeking a Finance/Business Analyst to compile, analyze, interpret data and present insights to support profitability of customer contracts. The role focuses on financial principles, risk management and continuous improvement.

The analyst will support CFO with forecasting, reporting, bid analysis, and performance improvements, working closely with multiple departments and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Admin, Data Analytics or similar required.
• 0 to 2 years as a Finance/Business Analyst preferred.
• Excellent work habits, including willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to the CFO for the business.
• Support and manage bid processes through data collection, analysis, and reporting, while coordinating with other departments involved in the bid and pricing process.
• Produce reports which include key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.
• Develop models that help with decision-making.
• Report directly to the CFO of PHI Americas and works closely with the Chairman of the Board and CEO.
• Perform other duties as requested.
• Understand and provide visible support of Destination Z.

Education
