Really Great Reading is seeking a Finance and Operations Analyst to support planning, reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis for the organization. You will partner with Finance and Operations leadership to turn data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes delivering accurate analysis, maintaining data integrity, and enhancing financial processes while collaborating across departments to tell the story behind the numbers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 2+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, purchasing, or related role.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Budget-to-actual variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Cash flow forecasting and financial modeling.
• Trend analysis and ad hoc financial/operational analyses.
• Identify process improvements and improve reporting accuracy.
• Maintain finance and operations data and support leadership decisions.
