GEICO is seeking bright, driven analytical students for its summer Analyst Internship Program (AIP) within the CFO Organization. You will drive business transformation, work on analyst projects, and gain exposure to multiple finance disciplines, including planning, risk, and real estate management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, or related analytical/FinTech major.
GPA 3.0 or higher; upload all transcripts as part of the application.
Demonstrated interest in Finance through internship, student/business organizations, certifications, or coursework.
Must live within commutable distance from NYC, Chicago, or Bethesda, MD and work a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office).
Core skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI or equivalents.
Technical aptitude and experience with financial systems, such as Workday Financials.
Ability to work independently with general direction and thrive in a changing team.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and provide timely results.
Effective time management, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Work on significant analyst projects and present to senior management.
Learn GEICO Finance and Operations systems and data integration points.
Develop analytical, project management, and communication skills in a corporate setting.
Contribute to financial processing innovation and transformation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze results and guide future investments.
