Job summary

Adecco is assisting a financial services client with Operations Analyst opportunities across Pennington, NJ, Chandler, AZ, and Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on onboarding clients, validating investment data, and supporting institutional inquiries in a hybrid work setting.

Ideal candidates have operational experience in finance, strong Excel capabilities, and excellent communication skills. The position is a 6-7 month assignment with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting an operational function within a financial institution.
• Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and investment vehicles.
• Strong customer service experience with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency required, including data analysis and reporting functions.

Responsibilities

• Complete client onboarding activities for performance management platforms.
• Review, analyze, and validate investment performance data and returns for accuracy.
• Support Merrill Institutional Consultant inquiries and provide operational assistance.
• Utilize Excel and reporting tools to monitor, research, and resolve data-related issues.
