Pride Global is seeking an entry-level Junior Financial Operations Support to join our onsite team in Dallas. You will gain hands-on experience in financial operations, supporting client accounts, processing transactions, and assisting with documentation in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate and highly motivated, with basic Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills and a collaborative mindset to work with operations, compliance, and risk teams.

Responsibilities

• Support daily banking and financial operations activities, including client account maintenance, transaction processing, and operational support tasks
• Prepare, review, and process client-related documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, compliance, risk, and portfolio management to support business objectives and resolve issues efficiently
• Assist with client onboarding, account updates, reporting requests, and operational inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure all activities follow internal risk, compliance, and regulatory guidelines while maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Support process improvement initiatives, operational projects, and workflow optimization efforts to enhance efficiency and client experience
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients to provide account support, resolve inquiries, and deliver professional customer service
