Primary Purpose: The Outsourcing Vendor Relations Analyst will focus on driving continuous improvement in outsourcing vendor relationships. Responsibilities include analyzing vendor performance data, identifying improvement areas, recommending solutions, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to enhance service delivery, reduce costs, and improve quality.

Support design and establishment of complex vendor performance metrics, KPIs, and baselines for all finance processes (OTC, RTR, P2P). Monitor and manage vendor service performance, coordinate with finance operations, and drive continuous improvement. Support the development of common metrics across end-to-end processes, ensuring adherence and improvement. Lead operational analysts in metrics design and implementation, and work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize improvement efforts.

Work Schedule: Hybrid model with 3 in-person days at Quincy, MA, Scarborough, ME, or Hyattsville, MD, and 2 remote days.

Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Support operational initiatives and metrics for ADUSA Finance, including evaluating performance, issue tracking, and recommending operational metrics.
  2. Apply expertise to drive adoption of standard metrics, SLAs, and KPIs for vendor and captive resources.
  3. Monitor service performance, evaluate metrics, and recommend new performance metrics as needed.
  4. Benchmark performance against leading Shared Service Centers.
  5. Develop and support vendor scorecards and customer satisfaction tools, and promote effective project environments.
  6. Lead change management and communication processes, ensuring proper training and implementation.
  7. Lead quarterly executive reviews on performance and improvement drivers.
  8. Provide leadership through vision and expertise, ensuring awareness of process changes.
  9. Address undefined and ambiguous challenges using industry best practices.
  10. Develop and implement business strategies using industry and business skills.
  11. Maintain positive relationships with peers, leadership, and team members.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in business, finance, or related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in business consulting or industry
  • Understanding of financial and accounting terminology and processes
  • Experience with business analytics
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to influence leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in global multi-vendor/shared services environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expert analytical skills with attention to detail
  • MBA and certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.)
