What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Prepare and review accurate and timely financial and business-related analyses, research, and forecasts
• Compile and prepare reports, utilizing tables, graphs, and charts to convey information effectively
• Collect and synthesize information to build models that provide insights into underlying business dynamics
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting, including variance analysis and sensitivity testing
• Conduct analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations to support project objectives

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5 years of FP&A experience required
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Outstanding analytical skills and strong business acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
