Job summary

Albers Aerospace in McKinney, Texas is seeking a Senior Associate in Corporate Development to own financial modeling, three-statement forecasts, and end-to-end M&A support. You will work directly with the COO and SVP of M&A Integration, building models, reconciling data, and delivering investor-ready analyses under tight deadlines.

This on-site role requires a strong finance background, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate across functions in a fast-paced defense-oriented business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling skills including integrated three-statement models and scenario analysis.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow, working capital, and key business drivers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a U.S. Person; able to work onsite in McKinney, TX.

Responsibilities

• Build and own integrated financial models: three-statement models, P&L forecasts, contract/backlog waterfalls, and program-level builds.
• Tie forecasts to backlog, bookings, and the annual operating plan; reconcile source data discrepancies.
• Support M&A diligence through close: target models, valuation analyses, returns, and earnings quality.
• Lead post-close integration: checklists, carve-outs, and folding acquired financials into reporting.
• Produce investor and lender deliverables under tight timelines; defend all assumptions.
• Reconstruct and reconcile financial positions under deadline; identify gaps and errors.
• Create repeatable models and diligence packages for future deals.
• Coordinate with COO, SVP of M&A Integration, and CFO's team.
