Job summary

Peloton seeks a Senior Manager of Financial Systems & Reporting Transformation to redesign the financial master data, including chart of accounts and product hierarchies, and to enable robust profitability insights. You will define the consolidation-ready data model and lead migration, governance, and controls across finance IT and SAP ECC.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• CPA preferred (or equivalent).
• 8+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance transformation, or reporting at a public company or external audit.
• Hands-on SAP ECC experience with FI/CO and master data structures.
• Experience leading financial master data redesign or ERP finance transformation.
• Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and reconciliation is a plus.
• Experience supporting consolidations into a parent company’s environment and SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end redesign of financial master data structures to enable profitability reporting.
• Define target-state data model for seamless consolidation with parent company.
• Develop and execute migration plan including data mapping and validation.
• Establish master data governance with ownership and change controls.
• Collaborate with IT and SAP teams to configure changes in SAP ECC.
• Drive process optimization in month-end close, consolidations, and reporting.
• Improve OTC, PTP, Inventory, and Fixed Assets processes driven by data design.
• Identify IT solutions to create efficiencies and strengthen controls.
• Partner with global leaders to roadmaps for simplification and automation.
• Coordinate data alignment with parent controllership and FP&A teams.
