Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Senior Manager, Financial Systems & Reporting Transformation to lead a major redesign of financial master data including chart of accounts, cost centers, profit centers, and product hierarchies. You will align global reporting with the parent company and drive a migration plan with data mapping, cleansing, and validation.

The role requires hands-on SAP ECC experience, strong SOX knowledge, and experience enabling intercompany consolidation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance transformation, or external audit of public companies.
• Hands-on SAP ECC experience including FI/CO and master data structures.
• Experience redesigning financial master data, chart of accounts, or ERP finance transformation.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-enabled finance tools for data analysis or reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end redesign of financial master data structures to enable profitability and reporting.
• Define target-state data model for seamless consolidation with parent company.
• Develop and execute migration plan including data mapping, cleansing, cutover, and validation.
• Establish master data governance with ownership, workflows, change controls, and audit trails.
• Collaborate with IT and SAP teams to validate master data changes in SAP ECC and downstream impacts.
• Drive improvements in month-end close, consolidations, allocations, and management reporting.
• Identify opportunities to leverage SAP ECC configuration and tools to improve controls.
