Job summary

Holmes Group is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to lead the US finance function, partnering with local leadership and NZ team to drive performance and disciplined processes.

You will own reporting, budgeting, payroll, cash flow, tax coordination, and audits, while identifying improvements and automation across finance. CPA preferred, 8–10 years experience, strong Excel and Deltek Vantagepoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• 8–10 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US finance function, partner with leadership to drive performance.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and payroll.
• Coordinate tax, compliance, and audits with local and NZ teams.
• Drive process improvements and reporting automation across finance.
