Position Overview:

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial aspects for designated support areas. This role involves a hands-on approach to financial operations and direct support to Line of Business Management. Success will be measured by the ability to develop and deliver management reports, including margin reporting, risk monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, among others. The role also involves maintaining collaboration and information sharing across support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Treasury team responsible for funds transfer pricing, liquidity risk management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and enhance funds transfer pricing processes, including data management, modeling, and reporting.
• Maintain and develop modeling processes such as QRM Funds Transfer Pricing and ILST models.
• Review assumptions and methodologies annually to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Engage with business leaders to align understanding of products and risk profiles within transfer pricing and liquidity management.
• Ensure robust data management and maintain comprehensive documentation and policies related to liquidity and risk management.
• Collaborate on risk management activities across Treasury.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience (Required).
• 5-7 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with industry-specific background in banking treasury, ALM, FTP models, and related areas (Required).

Salary Range: $75,460.00 - $129,360.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
