Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a directly related field.
• Six (6) years of finance experience and experience managing groups or functions.
• MBA and CPA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close reporting.
• Plans and directs production of reporting packages and external filings.
• Ensures governance activities, controls, and financial statement integrity.
• Acts as point of contact for risk, internal audit, external auditors, and regulators.
• Keeps current on accounting/regulatory changes affecting the bank.
• Identifies opportunities to implement new systems and processes.
• Maintains relationships with vendors.
• Oversees operating systems and programs for cost-effectiveness.
• May lead a small team in day-to-day activities.
