Job summary

extcsskbatteryam seeks a Finance Manager to lead and coordinate accounting and tax teams, ensuring internal and external reporting, analysis, and compliance. This role partners with headquarters and other managers to align financial strategy with business objectives.

Responsibilities include management reporting, budgeting/forecasting, financial controls, KPI tracking, and staff development for Sr. Specialists and Specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience and 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in Battery, Automotive parts, or automobile industry preferred.
• Bilingual English/Korean preferred.
• CPA preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Advise management on financial matters and regulatory impact.
• Help develop budgets, understand financial reports, and manage financial responsibilities.
• Present findings and recommendations to top executives; prepare financial reports including P&L, balance sheets, and regulatory reports.
