Crown Castle is seeking a Manager, Finance (M2) to lead complex financial modeling and translate contract economics into executive-level narratives. You will partner across Commercial, Legal, Operations, and Finance to drive decision-ready analysis and robust pricing governance.

This hybrid role requires advanced Excel/PowerPoint, strong communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-impact insights on revenue, margins, and timing across customer agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of finance/FP&A, commercial finance, revenue analysis, pricing, or planning experience.
• Advanced Excel and scenario analysis skills with executive-ready outputs.
• Advanced PowerPoint to present complex analytics clearly.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, margin analysis, forecasting, and cash flow timing.
• Experience interpreting contract terms, pricing, and data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models for strategic commercial activities.
• Translate modeling outputs into concise, executive-ready presentations.
• Own analytical workstreams, manage inputs, timelines, and quality reviews.
• Partner with Commercial, Legal, Operations, Accounting, BI, and Finance teams.
• Analyze customer agreements for revenue, expenses, margins, timing, and billing.
• Develop pricing models and compare to historical terms and escalators.
• Support pricing governance with data-driven recommendations.
• Assist revenue assurance by reviewing terms, billing, and activity.
• Identify revenue leakage and gaps; quantify financial exposure.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc analyses on performance and forecast impacts.
• Summarize data from multiple sources and suggest process improvements.
• Serve as finance SME for processes, modeling methodology, and controls.
• Drive continuous improvement; simplify processes and templates.
