Job summary

LAZ Parking in Dallas is seeking a Finance Manager to report to the Senior General Manager and assist the Senior General Manager and General Managers in all aspects of financial operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate reporting to the Airport on operations, maintenance, safety, and customer service.
• Assist in preparation and submitting Monthly Operating Reports by Service Line.
• Review and reconcile operating expense reports and vendor invoices including from Joint Venture and Small Business Enterprises.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of SBE utilization in compliance reporting.
• Assist in automating data reporting feeds and create custom reports as requested.
• Ensure timely invoicing and payments with AR and AP Teams.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts as requested by Client.
• Review payroll and timecard monthly reporting.
• Prepare operating Expense Report and Expense Backup Report.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client reporting and payments as needed.
• Assist in maintaining discrepancy documentation and unreconciled variances.
• Coordinate and conduct random audits to ensure policy and procedure compliance.
• Assist with mandatory third-party audits to avoid fines.
• Process analyses and submit reports to onsite airport teams.
