Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting, nonprofit finances, and federal grant management.
• Experience with federal grants and audits.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and tax compliance.
• Strong skills with Google Suite, Adobe, and MS Office; Airtable preferred.
• Experience developing internal financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, contract and producer payments.
• Maintain up-to-date ledgers and financial records; ensure audit readiness.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and GAAP compliance.
• Direct budgets and monitor cash flow; collaborate with COO on processes.
• Support grant funding, compliance, reporting, and investor-ready documentation.
