Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, forecasts, and annual budgeting across RAQA.
• Develop a 3-year LR Model linking priorities and investments.
• Partner with RAQA leadership and cross-functional teams on financial planning.
• Oversee headcount planning, hiring plans, and cost controls.
• Identify automation to streamline planning and reporting.
