Finance Manager, People Finance Responsibilities

Create meaningful business partnerships with leadership within the People Organization including People Operations, Human Resources, and Benefits

Provide financial leadership across planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning

Provide hands-on analytic support and develop actionable insights and reporting that will influence key decision makers to allocate resources more effectively

Develop an expert-level understanding of cost drivers for both Operating Expenses and Headcount

Help define and implement scalable financial processes that make us and our business partners more efficient

Drive process improvements by partnering with upstream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to financial management

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of experience in finance related fields

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in business, finance, accounting, management or related field

Experience in financial planning and creating data-driven analysis

Proven track record of collaborating with leadership

Proven track record in evaluating business decisions, including identifying gaps or business needs, and proposing and implementing solutions

Proven experience tailoring messaging for audiences of varying level of seniority and technical expertise

Understanding of financial statement analysis and corporate finance concepts

Proven track record of building cross-functional relationships and partnering with executive leadership across organizations

Proven Excel and analytical skills to translate large amounts of data into both insights and recommendations

Management experience leading and developing teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting People or Human Resources organizations would be beneficial

Experience with Hyperion Essbase, Oracle EPM

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment

Master’s degree in business, finance, accounting, management or related field

Experience with Oracle Essbase and SmartView Excel Plug-in
