About The Role

Remote role in CST or EST considered; quarterly meetings in Brecksville, OH required.

As a CBRE Finance Manager, you will oversee the team responsible for finance strategy and operations, including budget preparation, forecasts, strategic planning, and reporting. You will ensure adherence to accounting policies and controls.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff, monitor training, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruitment.
  • Coordinate daily team activities, set work schedules, assign tasks, and mentor staff.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and reporting processes.
  • Review financial statements, journal entries, and ensure accuracy of reports.
  • Prepare financial reports and analyses for senior management.
  • Develop and update accounting policies and procedures.
  • Communicate complex information effectively and handle sensitive issues.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating CBRE RISE values.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
