About The Role

This is a remote role in CST or EST, requiring quarterly meetings in Brecksville, OH. As a CBRE Finance Manager, you will oversee the team responsible for finance strategy and operations, including budget preparation, forecasts, strategic planning, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations; oversee recruitment.
• Manage daily team activities, work schedules, and deadlines.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management reporting processes.
• Review financial statements, account analysis, and supporting schedules for accuracy.
• Produce financial reports and analyses for senior management.
• Develop and update accounting policies and procedures.
• Communicate complex information effectively and handle sensitive issues.
• Lead by example, demonstrating CBRE's RISE values.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and complex issues within systems and processes.

Qualifications
