Job summary

Collabera Inc. is seeking a Finance Process Manager to support global Order-to-Cash improvements, standardization, and customer invoicing workflow optimization. The role documents end-to-end finance processes and identifies automation opportunities.

You will develop process flows, SOPs, RACI models, and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics while collaborating with Finance SMEs and international stakeholders to drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Finance Operations, or Process Management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Document end-to-end O2C processes, including customer onboarding, invoicing, AR, and collections.
• Develop process flows, SOPs, RACI models, and desk-level procedures.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities using Oracle Fusion, Automation Anywhere, and ServiceNow.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics.
• Ensure processes align with internal controls, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance SMEs and global stakeholders to standardize and optimize processes.

Title: Finance Process Manager - O2C / Customer Invoicing Process Design and Fusion Analyst

Location: New York, NY 10036 - On-site, 5 days/week

Duration: 04 months (Extension/ Conversion will be based on performance)

Pay Range: ($80 - $85) on an hourly basis

About the role:

• We are seeking a Finance Process Analyst to support global Order-to-Cash (O2C) process improvement and standardization initiatives.
• The role will focus on documenting end-to-end finance processes, identifying automation opportunities, and optimizing customer invoicing workflows.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including South America.
