Qualifications

• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns to support business strategy.
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Experience building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
• Experience participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the cost allocation methodology for the Border Rate Card model.
• Collaborate with software development teams to translate the allocation methodology into functional systems.
• Consolidate and manage planning inputs from all border network layers, maintaining data integrity.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using AI tools to streamline planning and reporting.
• Develop clear and concise financial narratives and analyses for senior leaders.
