Restaurant Associates is seeking a high-performing Finance Manager to lead financial oversight for a food service operation within a premier financial institution. This role serves as the finance lead for multi-site operations, partnering closely with internal leadership and an external client.

Ideal candidates have a public accounting background, blending financial planning & analysis, technical accounting, and strategic business partnership in a highly visible environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; accounting strongly preferred.
• 3–4+ years of experience; public accounting background preferred.
• Experience with multi-site operations and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner supporting a high-profile client with multiple locations and service lines.
• Analyze financial performance across sites and service lines; deliver actionable insights to operations and client stakeholders.
• Lead the monthly close process, ensuring revenue recognition, cost allocation, and contract compliance.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Partner with operational leadership to drive profitability and financial performance.
• Prepare and present financial results and insights to client stakeholders in regular reviews.
• Oversee billing, cash flow, AR and DSO performance.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial integrity.
• Identify and implement process improvements for reporting and controls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Sector Finance and Field Operations teams.
