Cassia is a nonprofit senior living organization based in Edina, Minnesota, seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for the Home Office and multiple Cassia communities. You will manage transactions, support audits and budgets, maintain internal controls, and collaborate with leaders to provide accurate, timely financial insights in a mission-driven environment.

This full-time, onsite role offers benefits and growth opportunities, with a compensation range of $70,000–$85,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; or Associate with relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports and schedules.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Maintain internal controls and assist with audits and tax reporting.
