Job summary

Responsibilities

• Analyze asset-level and portfolio-level investment returns, including IRR, NPV, cash yield, and related performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for investment and financing decisions.
• Evaluate aircraft leasing opportunities, market trends, asset values, and portfolio performance.
• Partner with accounting, treasury, and tax teams on transactions, reporting, and financial governance.
• Assess debt and equity financing alternatives and support capital structure decisions.
• Prepare executive reporting and investment committee presentations.
