You will analyze asset- and portfolio-level investment returns, build advanced financial models, and shape leasing opportunities and capital strategy in collaboration with accounting, treasury, and tax teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 7+ years in leasing, structured finance, or investment analysis.
• Advanced financial modeling with strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of leasing economics, asset valuation, and lease accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze asset-level and portfolio-level investment returns (IRR, NPV, cash yield).
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for investment decisions.
• Evaluate aircraft leasing opportunities, market trends, asset values, and portfolio performance.
• Partner with accounting, treasury, and tax on transactions, reporting, and governance.
• Assess debt and equity financing options and support capital structure decisions.
• Prepare executive reporting and investment committee presentations.
