Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Finance for the IMT segment to lead a team of financial analysts and oversee forecasting, revenue/expense analysis, KPI development, and executive reporting.

The role collaborates with Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Operations, and BU leadership to drive strategic insights. The position supports monthly close cycles, forecasting and budgeting in a hybrid onsite environment, with details shared during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years progressive finance/financial analysis experience.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting process aligned with business trends.
• Develop and manage revenue and expense drivers.
• Oversee management reporting packages and financial dashboards.
