Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field and 4 years' related experience or equivalent combination.
• Technical experience with grants award accounting issues.
• Experience using accounting and financial reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary finance partner for one or more assigned Business Units, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and multi-year planning.
• Leads financial analyses, modeling, and reporting to support planning and resource allocation.
• Monitors performance, identifies risks and opportunities, and recommends actions to improve financial management.
• Ensures data integrity, internal controls, and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
