Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Finance in the United States to lead end-to-end finance support for the TAAP Audit Workflow subsegment. The role partners with Sales and Retention leadership to drive revenue growth, provide decision support, and guide AI-enabled business transformation.

You will own channel planning, contribute to strategic plans, forecast revenue, and mentor a small team.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressively responsible financial management experience.
Experience supporting a high-performing sales and retention organization.
MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
Advanced analytical and information gathering skills; ability to evaluate and prioritize extensive data.

Responsibilities

Own GTM channel planning for Audit Workflow subsegment including sales structure, renewal motions and channel expenses.
Contribute to strategic business plans aimed at growing the business including renewal strategy.
Lead analytics and deliver accurate sales and revenue results including forecasting and planning.
Partner with sales, retention and finance leaders to operationalize the plan/forecast.
Develop domain expertise to understand key drivers of sales and revenue.
Engage with business partners to influence strategic decisions across the organization.
Build solid relationships across the business and act as a trusted advisor.
Communicate complex ideas clearly to senior leaders.
Mentor and develop a two-person team; set direction and provide guidance.
Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
