Responsibilities

• Reconcile the contract benefits invoice against enrollment line by line.
• Surface the three expense lines quietly eating the finance margin.
• Support the Finance Manager in modeling pricing, margins, and unit economics.
• Read the AR aging and act before storms hit.
• Maintain accurate records in External Audit and suggest improvements.
• Spot duplicate payments before they leave the account.
